"Sweetie"

Immy is playing "going to the ball" she just asked me if I would play. I said "sure, who should I be"? She says "can you be the mother but use a nicer voice [than your own] and always call me sweetie".  Guess I know where I fall short as a mother now!

Halloween

Since we were away for most of October we didn't really do the pumpkin thing this year. We visited a pumpkin patch on Tuesday before Halloween and got a few mini pumpkins and one big one. We got some Halloween Mr. Potato head decorations in Target on Halloween day for $2 so the kids attempted to put them on the mini pumpkins. You can barely even tell there's a pumpkin behind Eli's pirate!

This is Eli at about 4pm waiting for people to come to trick or treating...I told him he had a good 2 hours before anyone showed up but he said he wanted to be ready so would wait anyway!

 It was raining so hard they got soaked but didn't care! 

 Immy started ballet last week. She is the one to the left who has decided that whatever they are being taught to do is boring and ...oh hey why not do my own little dance over here grrr!!!
